Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flexible Planning for Peace of Mind. At Travelixy, we understand that life happens. This policy explains how we manage cancellations, changes, and refunds related to your travel bookings.

Cancellation by the Traveler

Refund amounts are calculated based on the notice period:

• 30+ Days Notice: Refund of total package amount minus non-refundable deposit and airline charges.
• 15 to 30 Days Notice: 50% of the total package amount will be refunded.
• Less than 15 Days Notice: No refund will be provided as bookings are already confirmed with vendors.

Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your travel dates or destination after booking, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Any fare difference plus a $50 administrative fee (or equivalent) will be applicable.

Cancellations by Travelixy

In rare cases where a tour is cancelled due to operational issues or safety concerns, you will be offered:

• ✔ A full 100% refund, or
• ✔ The option to transfer your amount to another tour package

Important Note

Travelixy is not responsible for additional expenses such as visa fees, insurance charges, or any non-refundable personal bookings.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
