Welcome to Travelixy! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Travelixy website and the purchase of our holiday packages. By booking with us, you enter into a legal agreement with Travelixy.

Booking and Financials

• Confirmation: A booking is considered "confirmed" only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a confirmation invoice.
• Pricing: We strive for accuracy, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Once a booking is paid in full, the price is guaranteed and will not change.
• Payment Schedules: For custom packages, a specific payment schedule may apply. Failure to pay the balance amount on time may result in cancellation.

Documentation & Health

• Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. Travelixy is not responsible if entry is denied.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.

Limits of Liability

• Service Providers: Travelixy acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators and is not liable for their actions or omissions.
• Force Majeure: Travelixy is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen events.
